For this reason we know that in order to get a good product, we have to work and put in our best effort from the start of each season. The legacy of our ancestors
One piece of knowledge our ancestors passed down to us and which has remained unaltered with the passage of time, becoming one of our founding principles, is that wine production begins from the first day, in the vineyard itself, each day being as important as the one before.
